| Procedure: | Procedure: 1) Teacher introduces the handout. 2) Teacher assigns groups of no more than three per subtopic. 3) Students research during library and computer classes and at home. Students are required to write down their notes on the KWL Template (What we know, What we want to know, What we learned). The teacher reviews the notes to make sure the students are on track. 4)Students synthesize information and create slides for their presentations based on their topic's sub questions. 5) Students create their presentations based on the information they have gathered and sifted. 6)Students orally present their PowerPoint projects. |
