1) Teacher introduces the project and reviews the project plan. Topics include the roles of different gods in Egypt, Greece, Rome, Mesopotamia/Sumerians, Aztecs/Mayans, and Native Americans.

The presentations should also include a creation story from the culture, with a comparison to the creation story in the Old Testament.

2) Students research project during library and computer classes and at home. Students are required to write down their notes on notecards or in their notebooks. The teacher reviews the notes to make sure the students are on track.

3) Students write paragraphs based on their notes. The teacher reviews the draft paragraphs.

4) Students create their slides in Power Point during computer class. The Editor in the group is responsible for pulling the students' slides together and editing the final presentation
